About the Author
Gene Ambaum is a librarian, though now he lurks in the stacks more often than he works there. He is good at making fun of strange, difficult customers because he is the strangest, most difficult customer of all. See pictures of his cats on Twitter @ambaum.
Bill Barnes loves librarians, show tunes, and meat. He can count his toes without taking off his shoes. Over the past thirteen years, he has tried to convince Unshelved co-creator Gene Ambaum that the meaning of “partnership” is doing what he says 99% of the time. He can often be seen wandering the floor at trade shows playing “The Final Countdown” on his ukulele Death Adder. Earlier Unshelved books were better.

I have read all the Unshelved books but this one had almost no story lines. It was an entire book of patrons being idiots and librarians getting the witty edge. So basically an entire book of people being mean and insulting each other. I prefer the earlier books when things actually happened.
