Protein Bars at Home

This book is an awesome resource for anyone who doesn't have specialized dietary restrictions (i.e. gluten-free, paleo, etc.), but who wants to save a lot of money on protein bars. The recipes in here sound delicious, and I'm surprised about the complaints over certain ingredients being there - I guess it doesn't clearly warn that it's not compliant with fad diet A or health related diet restriction B, but it didn't claim it was either.
Bottom line, if you have no restrictions that keep you from eating a store-bought protein bar, then you will be totally safe and enjoy the recipes in here (and probably avoid a lot of weird preservatives while you're at it)! I would appreciate some dietary info/protein content, but i guess that's the beauty about eBooks like this - authors typically update them based on feedback, and can do so easily.

Love these recipes for protein bars

Wow these protein bar recipes are so good! So simple not that much or involved to make and you know they are pretty healthy for you because you made them yourself.
I'm right into my fitness so these were great for my diet. Nice and quick to eat on the go too.

No information on amount of protein, etc per bar

While the recipes are good, there is NO information on number of servings, amount of protein, calories, fat, etc per bar. So virtually a worthless book. Will rewrite and upgrade review if the information is added.
