Fantastic story, great art, amazing condition.

Alice x Gray is, by far, my favorite ship with this series. I've always pictured him as this stoic and mature man, but this manga really adds some depth into his story. I am super excited for his new longer series that will be coming out soon, I thought this was a bit too short, but then I feel that way with all of them. I got the manga a day before I was told it would get here as well, which is always very exciting!
This particular story was great, I loved all of the action and danger, and I loved the love story that was developing. Perhaps the new series will delve further into it. The art was a bit different from the original story (art done by JOB), but it was still amazing artwork, like always.
The manga itself was in fantastic condition. I had no problems with bent pages or marks on the book at all. Sometimes when seeing books in a store there will be little dents around the edges of the front and back cover, but that was not the case here. It really was in perfect condition, which made me really glad that I decided to buy it from Amazon, rather than getting it from the one book store near me that carries manga. I'm definitely going to use Amazon as my "go to" place for books, if I can.

Terrible, disappointing artwork!

I could not get past the amateurish, poorly done artwork in this book. I had assumed that the person who illustrated the other "Alice" books would also do this one. Soumei Hoshino is truly an artist and the illustrations in the other books in this series are exquisite. I regret having purchased this one because the art work is honestly so bad that it makes it difficult to read the book. The plot line wasn't good, either. But the terrible artwork made it difficult to follow the story. I certainly won't buy any more books that this particular person illustrated. They have no business working in this industry.
