My clothes is the best way to see if these works

If you do these exercises you will see a difference, it will take about two weeks but keep doing them. I have notice a difference. My clothes is the best way to see if these works. I walk on treadmill, changed my eating habits and take Zumba classes. This is not bad for someone on their 50's, so I know this will work if you put in the time. Always remember it took you awhile to gain the weight, so take the time to lose it also.
